Returns
We offer a 7-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The watch must be unused and unworn.

All protective films, tags, and packaging must remain intact.

The product must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories.

Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned with signs of wear, scratches, damage, missing accessories, or altered components may be rejected.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
The exchanged item must meet all return eligibility requirements.
If the new product has a different price, the price difference will be collected or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
Shipping Costs

Inspection Process
Every Velix timepiece undergoes inspection before shipment. Products are photographed & quality-checked to ensure they leave our facility in excellent condition.
